Integrations

A short list of real integrations.

Solves connects to the tools that make email support work, and nothing it does not. Postmark handles inbound parsing and outbound replies, the billing system runs GBP team-band pricing and plan limits on Stripe's webhook model with live checkout coming, and a Freshdesk import is in pilot. There is no marketplace count to impress you with, just connections that genuinely do their job.

The directory

What Solves connects to

Three connections, each labelled honestly: Postmark live, Stripe-backed pricing with checkout coming, and an import in pilot.

Postmark: live

The email engine. Postmark parses inbound messages into tickets and sends your public replies back out, with per-brand mailbox verification so sending is gated until DNS checks pass.

How the Postmark integration works

Stripe: checkout coming

Billing. GBP team-band pricing with plan limits and entitlements, built on Stripe's signature-verified webhook model. Live self-serve Stripe checkout is coming, so card payment is not yet wired up.

How the Stripe-backed billing works

Freshdesk import: in pilot

Coming. A guided import to bring tickets and saved replies across from Freshdesk. It is in pilot and does not read a live Freshdesk account yet, so we frame it as coming, not as a finished transfer.

About the Freshdesk import

The short answer

What connects today, and what is coming

Most helpdesks lead with an integrations count: hundreds or thousands of apps, most of which you will never touch. Solves is at pilot stage and takes the opposite line. We list the connections that genuinely work, we say plainly which one is not finished, and we leave the marketplace theatre to other people.

Postmark is live today: it turns inbound support email into owned tickets and sends your public replies back out under the right brand identity, with mailbox verification keeping deliverability honest. The billing layer runs GBP team-band pricing, plan limits and entitlements, built on Stripe's signature-verified, idempotent webhook model. Live self-serve Stripe checkout is coming, so card payment is not yet a button you press today.

What is in pilot

The Freshdesk import is coming, not finished. It is being built to bring existing tickets and saved replies across from Freshdesk, but it does not read a live Freshdesk account today. Until that changes we will not describe it as a working migration. Early-adopter pilot customers get hands-on help with saved-reply migration in the meantime, so you are not stuck waiting on tooling to move.

What we deliberately do not connect to

Solves is email-first, so there are no live chat widgets, social inboxes, WhatsApp connectors or phone and voice integrations, and there is no automation or routing-rules engine wired up to third-party services. That is a scope decision, not a gap we are hiding. If your support runs mainly on chat or social channels, a broader omnichannel platform will serve you better, and we would rather say so than oversell.

Want something connected?

If a tool you rely on is missing, ask for it on the contact page. As a pilot-stage product we build the integrations our early customers actually use before we expand the list, so a clear note about your tool and the job you want it to do directly shapes what we work on next. Use the contact page to send a request.

We list only what truly connects

There is no fake app store here and no inflated integration count. This directory shows the connections that do real work today, plus the one in pilot, labelled clearly. When a new integration ships, it will appear here with the same honest label, not before.

FAQ

Integration questions

Does Solves have an integrations marketplace or app store?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Solves lists only the connections that genuinely work: Postmark for inbound and outbound email, with GBP team-band pricing and plan limits built on Stripe's webhook model, and live Stripe checkout coming. A Freshdesk import is in pilot. We would rather show you a few real integrations than a directory padded with logos that do nothing, so there is no app-store count to inflate here.

Can I request an integration?

Yes. Tell us what you need over on the contact page and we will weigh it against the roadmap. We are a pilot-stage product, so we build the connections our early customers actually use before we chase a long list. A clear note about your tool and the job you want it to do is the most useful thing you can send us.

Is the email integration live today?

Yes. Postmark is the live email integration: it parses inbound messages into tickets and sends your public replies back out. Each brand mailbox is verified with plain-English DNS steps, and live sending stays blocked until those checks pass or a recorded founder override is in place, so replies go out cleanly rather than bouncing.

Can I move my tickets in from Freshdesk yet?

Not as a finished, self-serve transfer. The Freshdesk import is in pilot and does not read a live Freshdesk account today. If you are an early-adopter pilot customer we can help with saved-reply migration by hand while the importer is built. When the import is ready to read real data, this page will say so plainly.

Does Solves connect to live chat, social or phone tools?

No. Solves is email-first by design, so there are no chat widgets, social inboxes or phone or voice integrations. The connections we build serve email support: getting messages in and replies out, and handling billing. If your support runs mainly on chat or social, a broader platform is the better fit.
