A partner programme built with agencies, not at them.
Agencies and managed-service providers are at the heart of who Solves is for: you already run support for several client brands, and a per-seat helpdesk punishes you for it. We are shaping a partner programme with our first agency and MSP partners, openly and at pilot stage. Refer clients, set their brands up properly, and help us get the terms right.
Pilot stage: the programme is intended and forming, not a finished scheme with published tiers.
Why partners
Agencies and MSPs are core to who Solves is for
If you run a web agency or a managed-service business, you are probably doing support for several clients already, from a tangle of shared inboxes that nobody truly owns. Multi-brand support is not an edge case for you. It is the day job.
That makes agencies and MSPs the most natural fit for Solves, and the reason we want a proper partner relationship rather than a referral link buried in a footer. You know your clients, you know their email, and you are the people who will set the desk up and keep it tidy. A partner programme that ignores that, and just pays a flat bounty for a sign-up, would miss the point.
We are honest that the programme is at pilot stage. The product capabilities partners rely on are shipped and in real use today, but the commercial scheme around them, the referral terms, the revenue share and the way we work together, is being shaped with our first partners. We would rather build it with you than announce a finished thing we have not tested.
What the programme is intended to offer
What we are building for partners
These are the things we intend the partner programme to include. Some are shipped product capabilities you can use today; the commercial terms we agree directly with you.
Multi-brand, today
Run every client brand from one login and one unified queue, each with its own mailbox, sender name, signature and saved replies. This is shipped and in use now, not a partner promise.
Refer your clients
Introduce Solves to clients who have outgrown a shared inbox. We intend the programme to reward referrals; we agree the terms with you rather than print a rate we cannot yet stand behind.
Set brands up properly
You do the hands-on work you are good at: creating brands, connecting mailboxes with guided checks, and migrating saved replies, so each client goes live cleanly.
Per-brand access control
Decide which brands each teammate can see and whether they can reply, add notes only, or manage a brand, so client work stays separated without an enterprise role builder.
Wrong-brand send guard
The composer is locked to the ticket brand and mailbox, so a reply for one client never quietly goes out as another. Changing the outbound identity is an explicit, audited action.
A direct line to us
At pilot stage you are not partner number ten thousand. You talk to the people building Solves, and what you tell us about client setups shapes what we ship next.
How becoming a partner works
No form, just a real conversation
Get in touch
Tell us about your agency or MSP: how many client brands you support, how you handle their email today, and what you would want from a partnership. A short note is plenty to start.
Set up a workspace together
We help you stand up a workspace and a couple of client brands, connect mailboxes with guided checks, and see multi-brand working in your own hands before anything is committed.
Agree terms that fit
We settle the referral and revenue-share terms directly with you, in writing, rather than pointing you at a published rate card we might change. Honest terms, kept.
In practice
What an agency partnership looks like
Picture an agency looking after support email for half a dozen client websites. Today that is six shared inboxes, six logins, and a steady worry that a reply for one client goes out signed as another. With Solves it becomes one queue: every client brand badged on its own row, each answerable in seconds with the correct signature, and a guard that makes the wrong-brand mistake structurally hard to make.
Refer, set up, or both
Some partners simply want to refer Solves and earn for the introduction. Others want to be hands-on: creating the brands, running the mailbox checks and migrating saved replies so each client goes live cleanly. The programme is meant to suit both, and we work out which shape fits you when we talk.
Pricing that does not punish helpers
The usual blocker for agency support is per-agent pricing: the colleague who picks up overflow on a busy Monday costs a full seat. Solves uses GBP team bands, so you size the plan to the team and let people help across client brands without a per-seat penalty.
Email-first, kept honest
Solves is email-first by design. It handles support email, tickets, ownership, notes, SLA timers and multi-brand, and it does not run live chat, phone lines or social inboxes. We say that plainly so you can set client expectations correctly. If a client needs a full contact centre across many channels, a broader platform is the better fit, and we would rather you knew that up front.
Intended programme, said plainly
The partner programme is forming at pilot stage. The product capabilities partners rely on, including multi-brand and per-brand access, are shipped and in real use. The commercial terms, including referral rewards and revenue share, are agreed directly with our first partners, not published as a finished rate card. We will always tell you exactly where it is up to.
FAQ
Partner programme questions
Is the Solves partner programme live yet?
It is taking shape. Solves is at pilot stage, so the partner programme is something we are building with our first agency and MSP partners rather than a finished scheme with published tiers and badges. If you run an agency or a managed-service business and look after support for your clients, we would like to talk early, while the terms are still being shaped around what partners actually need.
How do I become a Solves partner?
Get in touch and tell us about your agency or MSP: how many client brands you support, how you handle their email today, and what you would want from a partnership. There is no self-serve sign-up at pilot stage, and that is deliberate. We would rather start a real conversation, set up a workspace and a couple of brands with you, and agree terms that fit, than push you through an automated form.
Will partners earn a commission or revenue share?
A referral and revenue-share arrangement is part of what we intend the programme to include, but we are not publishing fixed percentages we cannot yet stand behind. We would rather agree the commercial terms directly with our first partners and keep our word, than print a headline rate and change it later. Ask us, and we will tell you exactly where the programme is up to.
Can I manage several clients from one Solves account?
Yes. Multi-brand is core to Solves and shipped today: you run several customer-facing brands from one login and one unified queue, each with its own mailbox, sender name, signature and saved replies, and a hard guard against replying as the wrong brand. That is the same capability your agency would use to look after multiple client brands from a single place.
Do you offer a separate affiliate scheme?
The partner programme is aimed at agencies and MSPs who set up and run support for clients. If you would rather simply refer Solves and earn for introductions you send, without doing the hands-on setup, the affiliate route is the better fit. Both are at an early, intended stage, and both start with a conversation rather than a form.
