Help, written by the people who build Solves.
Need a hand getting set up or stuck on something? Start with the getting-started guide for the quick answers, follow the mailbox setup walkthrough to move off your shared inbox, or contact the team directly. Solves is in pilot, so support is founder-led and personal.

How to get help during the pilot
There are two fast routes. For most questions, the getting-started guide covers signing in, creating a brand, connecting a mailbox and sending your first reply. For anything else, the contact page reaches a founder-led team that reads every message. We would rather give you a clear answer than send you round a maze of articles.
Solves is at pilot stage, which shapes how support works right now. The getting-started guide and the mailbox setup walkthrough are written and kept current. The wider help centre is growing: we are adding articles as features settle, rather than publishing a large library that drifts out of date. If a guide is missing, that is usually because we are still writing it well, not because the answer does not exist.
When to use the guides
Reach for the guides for anything you can do yourself: setting up a mailbox, adding a second brand, building a saved reply, or finding the right queue view. These are written to be followed top to bottom, with the steps in the order you actually do them.
When to contact the team
Contact us when something is unclear, when you have hit an edge case, or when you would simply like a hand. During the pilot you are talking to the people building Solves, so setup questions, migration questions and feature requests all get a real, considered reply. Early-adopter pilot customers also get hands-on setup help, including help moving saved replies across.

Get in touchA growing help centre, kept honest
This is a pilot-stage help centre. The getting-started and mailbox setup guides are written and current; other articles are arriving as features settle. If you cannot find something, contact the team and that gap usually becomes the next guide we write.
FAQ
Help-centre questions
How do I get help during the pilot?
Solves is in pilot, so support is founder-led and personal. The fastest route is the getting-started guide for the common questions, then the contact page if you need a hand. Pilot teams reach the people building the product, not a queue of scripted tier-one agents, so setup questions and edge cases get a real answer.
Is there a full help centre yet?
There is a growing one. The getting-started guide and the mailbox setup walkthrough are written and kept current, and we are adding articles as the product settles. We would rather publish a short, accurate set of guides than a large one full of screenshots that drift out of date during a pilot.
How do I move off my shared inbox?
Use forwarding-first mailbox setup. You point your existing support address at a Solves mailbox, verify the domain with plain-English DNS steps, and keep your old inbox as a safety net until you are happy. Live sending stays gated until the mailbox is verified, so nothing goes out half-configured. The mailbox setup guide walks through every step.
Can you help me migrate my saved replies?
Yes. Early-adopter pilot customers get hands-on setup help, including help moving saved replies across, as part of joining. A self-serve import from another helpdesk is not live yet, so for now this is a guided, human process rather than an automated one-click transfer.
What if my question is not in the guides?
Send it to us through the contact page. During the pilot we read every message, and a question that is missing from the guides usually becomes the next article we write. That is one of the reasons pilot feedback is so useful: it shapes both the product and the help centre.
Cannot find what you need?
