We are onboarding our first UK teams.

Most customers pages open with a wall of logos and five-star quotes. Ours cannot, because Solves is new and we will not invent proof. We are at pilot stage, onboarding our first UK support teams, and this page tells you the truth about that: where we are, what founding customers get, and how we will earn the stories that go here later.

No fabricated logos, quotes, ratings or figures appear on this page. None.

The honest answer

Where Solves is today

Solves is at pilot stage. We are onboarding our first UK support teams and learning from them in the open, rather than papering over a young product with stock photos and testimonials no one really gave. If you came here looking for case studies, the truthful answer is that they are coming, and we would rather say that than make them up.

That honesty is the point of the product, not just this page. Solves logs metadata only, never message bodies or email addresses, and encrypts all customer support content at rest with per-organisation keys. A company that takes that care with your support content is not going to fabricate a customer to win a sale.

So instead of invented proof, here is what we can show you: a working trial you can drive yourself, a clear list of what is shipped, and a guided setup if you want a hand moving off a shared inbox. The stories will follow, written by real founding customers, in their own words.

What founding customers get

A real hand getting set up, not just a login

Everything below is shipped today. We do not list anything we cannot actually do for you.

Guided setup help

We help you create your brands, invite your team and pick role presets, so you are working real tickets quickly rather than wrestling with configuration alone.

Saved-reply migration

Bring your canned answers across rather than rebuilding them by hand. Saved replies can be scoped to a brand or shared across your whole organisation.

Guided mailbox setup

We walk you through connecting each mailbox with copyable DNS steps. Live sending stays blocked until a mailbox is verified, so nothing goes out half-configured.

Freshdesk import

Moving from Freshdesk? Import your contacts, saved replies, open tickets and conversations into a chosen brand, with a preview before anything commits.

Multi-brand from day one

Run several brands from one queue, each with its own mailbox, signature and saved replies, with a guard against replying as the wrong brand.

Pilot pricing

The first twenty paid customers get the Team plan at forty-nine pounds a month for six months, then seventy-nine pounds, for a testimonial or honest feedback.

How early access works

From shared inbox to owned tickets, with help

Join the pilot

Tell us about your team and your brands. Early access is aimed at small UK teams that have outgrown a shared inbox and want a real hand getting set up.

Get set up together

We help with brands, mailboxes and saved replies, and run a Freshdesk import if you are coming from there. You preview everything before it commits.

Work real tickets

You run live support on owned tickets with ownership, notes, SLAs and reports. We listen closely and fix what gets in your way.

Tell your story, only if you want to

When you are ready, and only with your written permission, we publish your experience here. No consent means no logo and no quote, ever.

Our promise

How we will treat customer proof

A customers page is easy to fake and hard to trust. Plenty of new products borrow logos they have no right to, or commission glowing quotes that read like adverts. We are not going to do that, and writing it down here is meant to hold us to it.

What we will never put on this page

  • A logo, company name or quote we do not have written permission to use.
  • A star rating, review score or aggregate rating, since we are not publishing review schema while the base is this small.
  • A customer count, ticket volume or growth figure dressed up to look bigger than it is.
  • A testimonial assembled from words a customer did not actually say.

What you will see here later

As founding customers settle in, we will publish named stories: who they are, what they moved from, and what changed, in numbers they are happy to stand behind. Each one will carry that customer's consent, and they can ask us to take it down. Until those stories are real, this page stays honest about being early.

Be a founding customer

There is a genuine advantage to being early: pilot pricing, hands-on setup, and real influence over what we build next. If running on support email is core to your team, take a look at early access and help shape Solves.

FAQ

Customers questions

Do you have customer case studies yet?

Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. Solves is at pilot stage, so there are no named case studies, logos or ratings on this page on purpose. As founding customers settle in, we will publish their stories, but only with written permission and only with figures they are happy to stand behind.

Can I talk to a reference customer before I commit?

Our reference base is still small, so we cannot always promise an introduction. What we can do is give you a working trial, a guided setup call, and a clear picture of what is shipped today. If a founding customer is willing to speak to you, we will ask them first and introduce you with their consent.

How do I become a founding customer?

Join the early-adopter pilot. The first twenty paid customers get the Team plan at forty-nine pounds a month for six months, then seventy-nine pounds a month, in exchange for a testimonial or honest feedback. You also get setup help, saved-reply migration and guided mailbox setup.

Will you ever use my logo or name without asking?

No. We will never put your logo, name or a quote on the website, in a deck or in an advert without your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission later. Being a founding customer means helping us, not handing over your brand.

What kind of teams is Solves built for?

Solves is built for small UK teams that have outgrown a shared inbox: shops, service businesses, agencies and charities that answer email from one or more support addresses. If you run several brands, that is a first-class job in Solves, not a top-tier add-on. It is email-first by design.
