Events

No events booked yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Solves is a small, founder-led UK team at pilot stage. We have not run our first session yet, so there is no date or recording to show you. When we host our first walkthrough or question-and-answer, it will appear here. Leave us your details and we will tell you the moment it is set.

An honest holding page. Nothing booked, nothing invented.

Where things stand

A holding page, kept honest

Most companies fill an events page with a wall of past webinars and a countdown to the next one. We are at pilot stage and have not run a session yet, so there is nothing real to list. Rather than invent a date to look established, we are keeping this page open and telling you exactly where we are.

That is the same rule we apply everywhere on this site: we describe what is real, not what would look good. There are no past recordings, no attendee counts, no speaker line-up and no venue, because none of that has happened. When it does, this is the page that will carry the details, and anyone who has subscribed will get an email at the same time.

If you have landed here hoping to learn how Solves works before the first session is announced, you do not need to wait. The product tour walks through turning a shared inbox into owned, timed tickets, and you can reach the people building Solves directly through the contact page in the meantime.

What we are planning

The sessions we intend to run

Nothing here is booked yet. This is our intent, so you know what subscribing signs you up to hear about.

Product walkthrough

A short online run-through of how a shared inbox becomes owned tickets with ownership, states, priority, public replies and private notes. Intended, not yet scheduled.

Live question and answer

An open session with the people building Solves, so you can ask about scope, the roadmap and whether it fits your team, and get straight answers.

SLA timers

A practical look at setting first-response and resolution SLA timers, with per-brand targets and a breaching view that surfaces overdue tickets.

Running several brands

How a small team works several customer-facing brands from one login and one queue, with brand-specific mailboxes, signatures and saved replies.

How your data is held

A plain-English session on encryption at rest, authorised access only and metadata-only logs, for anyone doing due diligence on a supplier.

Moving off your old desk

What a guided move from a shared inbox or an old helpdesk looks like, including saved-reply migration and the preview-before-commit import.

How to hear first

Three steps to be on the list

Send us your details

Use the subscribe link to send a short message through the contact page. Tell us your name, your email and the kind of session you would find useful.

We set the first date

When we are ready to run the first walkthrough or question-and-answer, we fix a date, format and joining details, and publish them on this page.

You get the invitation

Everyone who has subscribed gets an email with the date and how to join, at the same time it goes live here. No spam, no passing your details on.

Email-first, including our events

Solves handles support email: tickets, ownership, notes, SLAs and multi-brand. Our sessions will reflect that focus. We will not run social-media takeovers, phone-in shows or live-chat clinics, because those are not what Solves does.

In the meantime

Plenty to read while you wait

A first session is coming, but you do not have to wait for it to get a clear picture of Solves. Several pages already cover, in writing, what a webinar would walk you through.

The guides explain the everyday jobs of running support email well, from shared-inbox habits to setting sensible response times. The changelog shows what we have actually shipped and what is genuinely coming next, in date order, so you can judge our pace for yourself. The about page sets out who we are and why we are deliberately narrow and UK-first.

When you have read enough and want to talk to a person rather than a page, the contact route reaches the team directly. That same route is how you subscribe for the first session, so one message covers both: tell us you want to be told when we run something, and ask anything else while you are there.

FAQ

Questions about Solves events

Do you have any events scheduled right now?

Not yet. Solves is a small, founder-led UK team at pilot stage, and we would rather hold this page open honestly than print a fake date to look busy. When we run our first session, this page is where it will appear, with the date, format and how to join. The most reliable way to hear about it first is to leave us your details so we can email you when the date is set.

What kind of sessions are you planning?

We are thinking small and practical, not a glossy conference. The likely first formats are a short online walkthrough of how Solves turns a shared inbox into owned, timed tickets, and a live question-and-answer with the people building it. Topics would cover moving off a shared inbox, setting up first-response and resolution SLA timers with a breaching view, and running several brands from one queue. Nothing here is booked yet, so treat it as our intent, not a programme.

Will sessions be online or in person?

The first sessions are very likely to be online, so anyone in the UK can join without travel, and so we can keep them short and useful. We have not committed to any in-person events, venues or dates, and we will not pretend otherwise. If that changes, the details will be published here and sent to anyone who has subscribed.

Is there a cost to attend?

We have not set anything up to charge for. Our intent is that the first walkthroughs and question-and-answer sessions are free to attend, because the point is to help small UK teams decide whether Solves fits, not to run a paid event business. We will state the format and any cost clearly here before anything is booked.

How do I get told when the first session is announced?

Use the subscribe link on this page to send us a short message, and we will email you when we set a date for the first session. We log only the metadata needed to run the service and we will not pass your details to anyone or use them for anything other than telling you about Solves sessions and updates you ask for.

Be the first to know when we host a session

There is nothing booked today, and we will not pretend there is. Leave us your details and we will email you the moment the first date is set.
