Reviews, told honestly.
We are at pilot stage, onboarding our first UK teams, so we have no body of public reviews yet, and we will not invent one. No fabricated star ratings, no made-up testimonials, no badges we have not earned. What you get instead is the truth about where Solves stands today and exactly where to review us once you are a customer.
No ratings or quotes are shown here, because we have not earned them yet. We say so plainly.
Where we stand
Why this page has no star rating
Most review pages open with a big number and a row of stars. This one does not, because Solves is at pilot stage and has not earned that number yet. We would rather tell you the truth than borrow proof we do not have.
Solves is built by a small, founder-led UK team, and we are onboarding our first teams right now. That means there is no body of public reviews to point you to, no aggregate score and no library of glowing quotes. Printing any of it anyway would break the rule we hold to most tightly: the copy stays truthful. A made-up testimonial is worse than no testimonial, because it tells you exactly the kind of supplier we would be.
So here is the honest position. The core of Solves is shipped and in real use: owned email tickets, ownership and assignment, states and priority, public replies, hard-separated private notes, saved replies, wall-clock SLA timers with a breaching view, multi-brand and guided mailbox setup. The reviews will follow, written by people who have actually run their support through it. When they exist, this is where you will find them.
No review schema, on purpose
This page carries no aggregate-rating or review structured data, because we have no verified reviews to describe yet. We will not let a search result claim a star score we have not earned. When real reviews exist, we will add them with their sources, not a number we made up.
Once you are a customer
Where to review Solves
A review only means something when it is written by someone who has used the product in real work. Once you are a customer, here is where to share what you think, on the platforms buyers already trust.
We are not listed with reviews on these sites yet, because we have no customers with enough mileage to write a fair one. As the pilot grows, we will create or claim our listings and link them here so you can read the unedited originals, not a clip we chose.
| G2 | Software review platform aimed at business buyers, with structured, verified reviews. A natural home for a considered write-up once you have used Solves day to day. |
|---|---|
| Capterra | Software directory widely used by small and medium businesses comparing tools. Good for a plain account of how Solves fits a small support team. |
| Trustpilot | General consumer and business review platform with strong UK reach. A good place for a short, honest verdict on the experience of working with us. |
If you are an early-adopter pilot customer, you can also send feedback straight to the people building Solves. We would genuinely rather hear what is awkward, missing or wrong than collect a polite five stars, because that is what turns a good core into something teams can rely on every day.
Our promise on reviews
How we will handle reviews
A few rules we will not break, even when a glowing fake would be easier.
Real or nothing
Every review shown here will be a genuine one from a verified customer. We will never write our own quotes or dress up a wish list as feedback.
No invented ratings
We publish no star average, badge or score we cannot substantiate, and run no review schema that would claim one to a search engine.
Traceable to source
Any review we feature will link to its original listing on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot, so you can read it in full and in context.
The awkward ones too
When real reviews arrive, we will not only show the flattering ones. Honest criticism is more useful to you, and to us, than a curated highlight reel.
Privacy respected
We will only name a customer or quote them with their clear permission. No customer is identified here without consent, ever.
Updated when it changes
This page reflects pilot stage today. As reviews appear, we will update it plainly, rather than quietly back-dating proof we did not have.
What happens next
From pilot to real, verified reviews
We onboard our first teams
Early-adopter pilot customers move off their shared inbox or old helpdesk onto Solves, with setup help, and use it in real support work.
They tell us the truth
In exchange for the pilot price, the first paid customers give a testimonial or honest feedback. We act on what is awkward or missing while the product is still small enough to turn quickly.
Verified reviews appear here
As genuine reviews land on G2, Capterra and Trustpilot, we link them on this page, with their sources, so you can judge Solves on real experience rather than our marketing.
Pilot stage, said plainly
Solves is not generally available yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise. The honest version of social proof, at this stage, is telling you where the reviews will live and waiting until they are real. If that is the kind of supplier you want, you are exactly who we are building for.
FAQ
Honest answers about reviews
Does Solves have reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot?
Not yet, and we will not invent them. Solves is at pilot stage and onboarding its first teams, so there is no body of public reviews to show you. We would rather say that plainly than pad this page with star ratings or testimonials we cannot stand behind. When real, verified reviews exist on the usual platforms, we will link to them here and let you read the unedited originals on those sites.
Why are there no testimonials or star ratings on this page?
Because we have not earned them yet. Printing made-up quotes, badges or a five-star average would break the one rule we hold to most tightly: the copy stays truthful. Our early-adopter pilot price asks the first paid customers for a testimonial or honest feedback in return, so genuine reviews are coming. Until those exist and can be verified, this page tells you where to look rather than showing you proof we do not have.
How can I leave a review of Solves?
You can leave a review on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot once you are a customer and have used Solves in real support work. That is the only way a review is worth anything: written by someone who has actually run their support email through it. If you are an early-adopter pilot customer, you can also send feedback straight to us, and we would genuinely rather hear what is awkward or missing than collect a polite five stars.
Can I talk to an existing Solves customer before I commit?
At pilot stage we are still onboarding our first teams, so we will not pretend to have a reference list to hand round. As the pilot grows and early customers are happy to be named, we will introduce reviews and references here. In the meantime, the most honest thing we can offer is direct access to the people building Solves through early access, so you can ask the hard questions yourself.
Will reviews on this page be real and verifiable?
Yes. Any review we show here will be a real one you can trace back to its source: the original listing on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot, written by a verified customer, not a clipped quote with no name behind it. We do not publish ratings we cannot substantiate, and we do not run a review schema that would claim an aggregate score we have not earned. If it is on this page, it is real.
