Email deliverability checker

Check whether your support email is set up to land in the inbox. Enter your domain and we will point you at the right NCSC Mail Check report, with the checklist to read it.

Check three records Open the NCSC Mail Check report for your domain, then confirm each record below.
  • SPF: lists the servers allowed to send for your domain.
  • DKIM: adds a signature that proves your mail was not altered.
  • DMARC: tells receivers what to do with mail that fails the checks.

For your security and ours, this helper does not read your DNS from your browser. It points you at the National Cyber Security Centre Mail Check service, which is the trusted UK way to see your SPF, DKIM and DMARC status. Solves also runs these checks for you during guided mailbox setup.

The three records

SPF, DKIM and DMARC, plainly

SPF lists which servers may send mail for your domain. DKIM adds a signature that proves a message was not changed in transit. DMARC ties the two together and tells receiving servers what to do with mail that fails. Set all three and your replies are far more likely to reach the inbox.

When you connect a mailbox to Solves, guided setup walks you through these records with exact, copyable values and a send-to-your-developer button, and live sending stays blocked until a real test passes.

FAQ

About deliverability

Does this tool check my DNS automatically?

No, and that is deliberate. The browser cannot safely read your DNS, so this helper builds the correct NCSC Mail Check link for your domain and gives you the checklist to read the results. NCSC Mail Check is the trusted UK service for SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Why does my support email go to spam?

The most common cause is missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so receivers cannot confirm the mail really came from your domain. Setting all three correctly, and sending from your own verified domain, is what gets replies into the inbox.
